The Lungs
One of the largest remaining areas of mangroves in the world, the Sunderbans supports an exceptional level of biodiversity in both the terrestrial and marine environments. In one late afternoon I picked up my wider lens, sat in front of the boat, saw a series of different mangrove trees with upward roots and their reflection and clicked few frames. I then rotated one image 90 degrees anti clock wise and magically I have the Lungs of the forest with the rib cage and capillaries in front of me.
