THE ELEPHANT LAKE- ANCIENT SILK ROUTE , SIKKIM
The Silk Route of Sikkim India has several high altitude lakes and one of them is the Kupup Lake or Elephant Lake at 13500 ft. Locally called Bitan Cho, it is surrounded with high mountains and valleys located near the Indo-China-Tibet border.
