"Blue-tailed bee-eaters are beautiful birds with an amazing skillful flight. They chase the bee, dragon flies etc in mid air as if it is heat seeking missile and catch them mid-air. March-April is their mating season and they search a suitable place near the river beds. They mate usually on perches and then make their nest on the sandy riverbeds. Shot this one this season at Mysore, India."
