Common Merganser is a migrant bird. In 2016 I visited to Gajoldoba Wetland situated in West Bengal, India but, bad luck ruined my dreams and it had already left. I waited for whole one year for it's arrival again and luckily this time in February 2017 I was able to get a glimpse of this fellow. I hired a fishing boat and told the boat man to take me close to this bird so that I could able to get a good shot of it.
