Dancer on his dancefloor
Micrixalus is a genus of frogs from that are endemic to the Western Ghats in India. These frogs are called dancing frogs for their unique behaviour of foot flagging during breeding season. I found this individual in a flowing stream under a huge waterfall. At first sight I deciede to take a habitat image of this individual because the setting was very beautiful. I used two torch lights from behind of the water stream to backlit the miniature waterfall behind the frog.
