Perfectly aligned
Darter after catching their fish prey, fling them high in the air as in a toss. This is primarily done so as to align them face front as it makes it easier for them to directly swallow the fishes thence. A lot of times, these birds time and again keep tossing the poor fishes just for this reason. Once aligned in the manner they want, these fishes are then easily gorged.
