A hefty toss
It was indeed a large fish that the Darter had caught. Thankfully it didn't have any foes to contend with. So it took its sweet time turning and tossing the fish. The weight and size of the fish must have been a pain for the Darter. It must have had to spend a lot of its strength when it finally managed to toss this huge monster of a fish high up.
