Swamphen ripped apart
A Swamphen had been violently caught by the scruff of the neck by the Black Kite. Within moments, it was torn apart by the strong talons of the predator. As I neared closer to get a clear sight, the ghastly ripped Moorhen was picked and carried off by the Kite with its mangled body dangling below.
