Taunting death in the face
The poor Frog was being pounded on either side of the branch with such ferocity that in a matter of seconds it's poor face got disembowered from the body and minus the skin, fell down. However, the look on the falling face seemed as if it was taunting death in the face rather than having any sense of fear during its final moments.
