Snow-Walk

ID - Snow Partridge. It was the Holy Tunganath Temple in Uttarakhand & we were searching for birds around the area. The entire area was covered with & it was freezing cold in the month of February. our main target was Snow Partridge. Suddenly we saw a group of Snow Partridges quite close to us. I laid on the ice to take an eye level shot of this majestic bird walking over the snow. After all this is the only was to justify it's name right ?
