Bar-headed goose from Europe and North Asia are in West Bengal in winter. Tourists flock to the Purbasthali Bird Sanctuary in the part of Bardhaman district to see them and many photographers from home and abroad also come to take pictures of these birds. Gradually the name of West Bengal is becoming brighter to every person in India for the Purbasthali Bird Sanctuary.
